  4. Machine learning platform analyzes both the company and the candidate information

    Needs and abilities between the two data sets are matched and reported out.
  5. Matches are reviewed by trained executives

    Verified candidate matches are shared with company.
  6. Interviews are scheduled with candidates

    ExecuSave executive recruiters manage communication and coordination between candidates and company
  7. Offer is extended by company and candidate accepts
